A partnership agreement with BMC Software

Concept Data is now the official partner of BMC Software in the field of automation. The Control-M platform is a new addition to the solutions offered by Concept Data to its Polish and foreign customers.

BMC has a broad experience in IT management, supporting 92 companies from the Forbes Global 100 and winning the ITSM leader position in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for the last 5 years. The solutions by this manufacturer help businesses in service management, automation, operations and mainframe computers.

BMC Control-M, now offered by Concept Data, automated batch process management in data processing centres. It improves work organization and facilitates business service delivery.

When entering system areas, we often encounter the problem of process complexity and time pressure due to shorter downtimes. This time pressure coupled with complex procedures, system diversity and the human factor can lead to errors. The use of Control-M allows to visualize the switching process and then to quickly diagnose the process stage where the error occurred as well as to eliminate the human factor impact in terms of the potential error and the participation of specialists. BMC Control-M requires only one person to supervise the process and, if such a need arises, this person will contact an expert specializing in the area where the irregularity has been detected. Such a solution saves human resources, time and money, explains Dariusz Bocheńczak, Managing Director at Concept Data.
