Concept Data – the Gold Partner of the OPER8IT conference

Together with our technology partner, BMC Software, we became Gold Partners of the OPER8IT conference. It is one of the top events related to IT Operations in Poland. This year’s edition was held on 14–15 September in Gdynia.

The participants were IT managers and directors from all around Poland. The speakers included representatives of technology companies and large organisations. The showed case studies and shared practical guidelines regarding the organisation of the operational work model. Key business topics were also discussed. The participants learned more about cybersecurity, automation, RPA, AI and machine learning, cloud-based operations, management of IT services, competences, and providers.

The representatives of Concept Data and BMC Software also had the opportunity to speak. On the first day of the conference, we talked about the effective and cutting-edge Service Desk together with Credit Agricole. On the second day, we presented the features and options of the BMC Control-M solution.

The role of IT Operations department has been growing in importance. Therefore, it is necessary to streamline the work of specialists in this area. In the expanding IT environments, monitoring, effective communication, automation of processes as well as adequate management of data and service requests are absolutely crucial. How to organise the work of such departments and which solutions can improve performance? That is what we talked about during the OPER8IT conference.
