Sales team reinforcement in the area of cybersecurity

In August, the Concept Data team was joined by Anna Armata, an experienced IT consultant. Anna will be responsible for the company’s competence development in the area of cybersecurity. She will also sell and fine-tune the products to the needs of existing and new business customers.

 

Anna Armata has been working in the field of cybersecurity since 2003. She started as a consultant in a small distribution company, educating customers about security of desktops. She gained experience while working at data centres and integration enterprises. That is why she knows how to recognize the needs of various customers.

 

Concept Data is now dynamically developing the area of cybersecurity. More and more often our customers look for solutions which will help them cope with the incessantly growing number of security incidents. Such solutions identify the incidents and verify their severity for the organization. They also prevent similar attacks in the future. Anna will help us support and educate existing and new customers who are interested in security systems, says Krzysztof Andrian, CEO at Concept Data.

 

Anna Armata graduated from the University of Economics in Katowice. She worked for such companies as Polcom, Veracomp and Dagma.

 

In my work I am more of an adviser than a seller. I talk to customers, I explain and I listen to what they say about their business and their needs. My key rule is to treat others the same way I want to be treated. I always make fun of my surname, Armata, which means “a cannon”. I simply cannot make a bad impression on people, because they always remember my name, says Anna Armata, the new Key Account Manager at Concept Data. At Concept Data, I will give advice to customers seeking cybersecurity solutions. It is a very sensitive area in every enterprise, so honesty and assertiveness play such an important role in communication with customers. As a result, we can make right decisions together. Needless to say, when customers make decisions, there always have a specific intention in mind. If I understand this intention, I can help them.

 

Anna is passionate about psychology of selling, because you do business with people, not with companies. What she likes about her work is that meets new people all the time and she can learn a lot from them. She is also interested in marketing. She completed a coaching course with an international certificate. In her free time, she explores the art of photography.
